By accessing or using ModelAPI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ModelAPI is a dedicated AI image and video generation platform (SaaS). You submit a text description and the Service generates images or videos using AI models made available through our platform. We do not resell model tokens or act as a third-party API relay.
You may not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, generate unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, attempt to disrupt the platform, or violate any applicable law.
We do not provide the Service in, and you may not use the Service from, countries or regions subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions (including, without limitation, Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and the Crimea region).
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Where paid plans or usage credits apply, they are billed in advance according to the plan or pricing shown to you. You may cancel at any time; fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelAPI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
