By accessing or using ModelAPI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ModelAPI is a subscription-based AI orchestration platform (SaaS). You subscribe to a plan, import your own API keys from supported providers (BYOK), and use our unified endpoint, orchestration, and caching features. We are not a model provider and we do not resell model tokens. Your requests are routed to the provider whose key you supply.
You may not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, generate unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party provider.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and features are described on our Pricing page.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelAPI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
