1. Delivery policy

ModelAPI provides a fully digital, self-service service. Once you submit a generation request:

• AI images are typically delivered within seconds to a few minutes and are provided as a downloadable image URL.
• AI videos are typically delivered within a few minutes, depending on duration and resolution, and are provided as a downloadable video URL.

Delivery standard: a generation is considered delivered when the resulting image or video is successfully produced and the download link is displayed in your account. Generation links remain valid for a limited time (approximately 24 hours for images); please download your results promptly.

2. Refund policy

Because our products are digital services generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final and generally non-refundable, except as stated below.

• Failed generation: if a generation fails due to a technical error on our side and no usable result is delivered, the usage credit will be automatically returned to your account (no charge is incurred).
• Quality issues: if you believe a delivered result is materially defective, contact us at aimodelapi@163.com within 7 days and we will review your case. Where appropriate, we may re-generate or issue credit at our discretion.
• Unused credits: unused prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no generation has consumed them, subject to applicable law.

3. Chargebacks and disputes

We encourage you to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks made without prior contact may result in suspension of your account.

4. Restricted regions

We do not provide the Service in, and you may not use the Service from, countries or regions subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions (including Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and the Crimea region).
